Hello, my name is Inessa Lazenby.  I’ve been a photographer for several years now and have had many interesting experiences.  I grew up in Ukraine and have studied with many talented photographers and teachers.  I understand the importance of good technique, such as the use of natural lighting, recognition of colors, and the proper use of Photoshop to highlight characteristics in a natural way.  I’ve been able to photograph some of the most beautiful women in the world from my hometown of Donetsk and throughout Eastern Europe.  I’ve photographed some gorgeous places from Egypt to Croatia and now here in Fort Worth, Texas!

Photography is about capturing emotion.  I get great pleasure from catching moments of happiness, a family playing together in a park, the sweet innocence in a child’s smile, the loving gaze of two people looking upon each other with wanting eyes.

I am inspired by the words of a great photographer André Kertész when he said “The moment always dictates in my work.  What I feel, I do.  This is the most important thing for me.  Everybody can look, but they don’t necessarily see.  I never calculate or consider; I see a situation and I know that it’s right, even if I have to go back to get the proper lighting.”
